Imperial Avenue is a new project in the center of Dubai by the developer Shapoorji Pallonji. The architecture of the 45-storey building contains unusual elements. The smoothly shaped structure has three towers of different heights. They are joined into a monolithic structure with an original three-level podium. On the first floor there is a lobby of 929 sq. m (10,000 sq. ft). Above that are the grounds with landscaping and seating. Then the residential floors begin. The project has been underway since September 2016. As of May 2021, the façade has already been completed and interior finishes have begun.

Prices range from AED 1,700,000 (USD 462,830) to AED 15,600,000 (USD 4,250,000). For example, two-bedroom apartments under construction cost AED 2,850,000 (USD 775,921).
All residences feature premium amenities and a thoughtful layout. The interior is characterized by natural materials such as marble and wood.
