ICD Brookfield Place is a 54-storey commercial skyscraper located on Al Mustaqbal Street in the DIFC business district of Dubai. The site includes a 1,672 sq. m. (18,000 sq. ft.) public space surrounded by outdoor areas for community and cultural events. The tower itself has a café, several restaurants, an art club, and a beauty salon.
The project was launched in January 2016. The architect was Foster + Partners. Multiplex, an international construction company, implemented the project, and Swissboring Overseas Piling Corporation performed the piling work.
The building includes dining, retail, and public spaces, as well as a Class A workspace. The top three floors feature Sky Suites with panoramic views of the district’s Main Street. An adjacent five-storey building houses a shopping centre with several terraces and an outdoor garden. The rooftop offers beautiful views of Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.
The skyscraper has a parking lot with 2,700 parking spaces, several spas, and an elite club for the residents of ICD Brookfield Place.
The luxury club covers an area of 3,716 sq. ft. (40,000 sq. ft.), and it offers an additional 1,900 sq. ft. (22,000 sq. ft.) of green space. Members have access to a rooftop terrace, three restaurants with bars, and a cigar club, as well as access to art exhibitions and a business centre.
The first floor of ICD Brookfield Place houses stores and retail space, while the rest of the building is dedicated to move-in-ready offices. Tenants and owners do not need to worry about anything, they can simply move the necessary equipment and start working the next day.
The size of furnished offices range from 610 sq. ft. (2,000 sq. ft.) to 4,565 sq. ft. (50,000 sq. ft.), and rental rates start at AED 550,000 (from USD 150,000).
