4. La Cote is a premium apartment complex with 408 1-4 bedroom apartments 7786-3616 sq ft. The properties are in a Mediterranean-style, with balconies and terraces. Homes are priced from AED 1,430,000 (USD 389,000).

All units are currently under construction. The transfer into commission date, depending on the type of property, is scheduled for late 2021-mid 2022.
